Roly Bardsley / Chairman / Bardsley Construction Group / Dukinfield . Increased turnover to £64.8m from £57.4m and produced a pre-tax profit of £1.5m in 2010. A two-year restructuring exercise to separate the contracting and development businesses into distinct divisions has concluded. Bardsley also added new areas of construction such as health and commercial to its traditional sectors of social housing and education.
